Experiential Engineering Learning in an International Context

Description

The purpose of this project is to provide undergraduate students with an experiential learning opportunity that has two components both done in an international context: (i) taking part in a month long intensive course, and (ii) conduct a companion internship of minimum of 12 weeks. The course in the area of sustainability and manufacturing will be taken at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. The internships will be done in the Zurich area industries and at Airbus Defense & Space in Munich Germany. The combination of the course and the internship should count towards academic credit.
