Student Leadership Development: From the Classroom to the Community

Description

This project involves the creation of a 3 credit elective course on student leadership development to be housed in Multidisciplinary Studies at Glendon College. The course will adopt The Social Change Model of Leadership Development. This model is inclusive in that it is designed to enhance the development of leadership qualities in all students — those who hold formal leadership positions as well as those who do not — and to promote a process that is inclusive and actively engages all who wish to participate.
